Return policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for making a return
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging .

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items not eligible for return

Partial refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:

Books with obvious signs of use.

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to causes beyond our control.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery .
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund was approved or rejected .
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days .
Late or unreceived refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is officially reflected.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. -
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was given by the person who made the purchase, the refund will be sent to that person and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs .

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

📦 If you are returning an item worth more than €75 , it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance .
